Dr. Keith Kuhlengel has been a practicing Neurosurgeon with Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates since 1995. Dr. Kuhlengel’s desire to help people through his education, coupled with his upbringing in the rural Midwest makes Lancaster County a remarkable fit.
Dr. Christopher Kager has been a practicing Neurosurgeon with Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates since 2001. An early fascination with the function of the nervous system led Dr. Kager to the medical field, and eventually to Lancaster County to join the Lancaster NeuroScience team.
Dr. William Monacci moved to Lancaster County in 2005 after serving as a Colonel in the U.S. Army and Neurosurgery Consultant to the Army Surgeon General. As a Neurosurgeon at Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates Dr. Monacci is gratified to continue using his skill and experience performing a broad range of complex brain, spine and peripheral nerve surgeries
Dr. James Thurmond saw the medical community of Lancaster County as the perfect location to begin his career as a Neurosurgeon. Since 2009 Dr. Thurmond has called Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates his home.
Dr. Kristine Dziurzynski has been a practicing Neurosurgeon with Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates since 2013.
